Some of you may have been advised or came to the conclusion independently that CMST 225 Intercultural Communication is a pretty sweet course to take, not just because of the relevant content, but because it satisfies so many AAS degree requirements.
Well,it still does….
However, as of winter 2014, it will no longer satisfy the diversity requirement. You know the little “d” requirement that hangs out with all of the little “w” “s” & “g” requirements. If you are a transfer student and you are not sure what I am talking about, you might want to consider making an appointment with a Transfer Advisor in LDC 116. You can also learn more about degree requirements yourself by checking out our online catalog.
If you were planning to take CMST225 in Winter or Spring AND you hope to graduate in Spring, AND you have not already taken a class which satisfies the ‘d’ requirement, you may have the ‘d’ requirement waived for graduation. If this sounds like you…you might want to check in with the Graduation Department.
As always, if you have any questions or you want to see an advisor, please contact us in Entry and Advising LDC 116, 360.383.3080
