WWU Fall Business Career Fair

The annual WWU Fall Business Career Fair will take place Thursday, November 2nd from 1:00-5:00 pm in the Viking Union Multipurpose Room.  It is free and open to the public.  There are over 40 local and regional companies attending, so it’s an excellent time to connect directly with employers, explore internship and employment opportunities, and research business careers.  Attendees are encouraged to dress in appropriate business attire and bring lots of resumes.  Visit the WWU Career Services Center for more info including a list of participating employees and tips for job fair success.

Massage Practitioner Info Session 6/13


Join us for an information session for Whatcom’s Massage Practitioner program! Find out about daytime and evening options for this program, as well as the application process and getting started at Whatcom. The information session will be held on Monday June 13th from 3:30-5pm in Laidlaw Center (LDC) 125! Just bring your questions and your interest in working as a professional Massage Practitioner.

Parking on campus is free. Pick any open space and give yourself 5-10 minutes to walk to the room. Driving directions and bus route information can be found here. We hope to see you there!

Health Professions Job Fair- Tomorrow 5/12


Are you interested in a career in healthcare? Attend tomorrow’s Health Professions Job Fair! Healthcare employers will be present from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, May 12 at the Health Professions Education Center, 475 Stuart Road, just north of the main campus on Cordata Parkway.  Currently, 18 health-care employers are scheduled to attend the Health Professions Job Fair, including Alderwood Health and Rehabilitation, Avamere Health Services, Island Hospital, Massage Envy, Peace Health Medical Group, Unity Care NW and others.
