Monday July 11th marks the last chance to withdraw from classes without receiving a “W” grade on your transcript. This is also the 40% tuition deadline for summer quarter. If you decide to drop a class, you will receive 40% of your tuition back, and not receive a “W”on your record.

100% Refund Deadline-Summer Quarter

Thursday June 30th marks the 100% tuition refund deadline for summer quarter. Withdraw from your class(es) by this day and you will receive 100% of your tuition back!

You can withdraw online via your MyWCC portal or in person at the registration office! Remember that withdrawing from classes my impact your financial aid. Check with an advisor or the financial aid office for more information.

Summer WAOL Classes

Just a reminder that summer WAOL classes begin prior to regular sessions. These classes begin Thursday, June 23rd! Don’t miss the first few days of class! Take an online class and enjoy the flexibility of online learning, and the shortened summer quarter.

Summer Quarter Tuition Deadlines

Heads up! Know your summer quarter tuition deadlines so you aren’t dropped from your classes!

If you registered early for summer quarter (before June 20th), tuition is due Monday 6/20.

If you registered between June 20th and June 26th, tuition is due Monday 6/27.

If you register on or after Monday June 27th, your tuition is due the same day as registration.

Last Day to Update Grading or Withdraw

Tuesday May 31st marks the final day to update grading or withdraw from spring quarter classes! Stop by Registration in Laidlaw 102 to update Satisfactory/ Unsatisfactory grading, Audit, or to Withdraw.

Remember: changing credit amount may impact your financial aid, so be sure to speak with a financial aid representative or advisor before dropping any classes.

Monday April 25th is the last day to drop your class without a “W” on your record! You can drop online, or visit the Registration Office in Laidlaw Center 102 to make that happen. Seeking Sophomores: Boeing’s BASE Program

“This August, the BASE (Boeing Accelerated Student Experience) will offer a unique four-day experience aimed to introduce the brightest students from across the United States to the exciting world of Aerospace. This four day all-expense paid program is designed for current freshmen who will be entering their sophomore year in the fall of 2016. Specifically, students with interests in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and other related fields are encouraged to apply.

Participants of the BASE program will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage: Collaborate with other students from some of the world’s best universities while diving into candid chats with employees to learn about where their interests might take flight with Boeing.
  • Explore: Get a behind the scenes tour of Boeing’s 737 production facility, hear from a past NASA astronaut, race the streets of downtown Seattle in a winner takes all scavenger hunt.
  • Enrich: Jump right into the world of aerospace with a first-of-its-kind challenge designed to get you thinking creatively and working cross-functionally with students in and outside of your major.
